Morena, Alejandro Saravia’s fine dining Peruvian restaurant in Surry Hills has teamed up with one of Western Australia’s finest wineries, Plantagenet Wines to host a special degustation evening on March 1st 2012, with Plantagenet’s winemaker, John Durham.

After a glass of Plantagenet Sparkling Brut 2006, diners will be treated to a six-course degustation menu of Modern Peruvian Cuisine that uses both local and exotic ingredients, blended together to create a delicious sensory experience and matched with some of Plantagenet’s finest wines.
