From South America With Love – Valentine’s Day @ Morena

We’re spreading a bit of the famed Latin American lovin’ this Valentine’s Day with a fantastic Valentine’s Special Menu – “From South America with Love @ Morena”.

Our five-course hot and steamy menu is sure to get every diner in the mood and will include a complimentary sparkling cocktail. The menu features:

• “Afrodisiacos”, freshly shucked oysters in season served in three styles:
  • Corn vinaigrette and salmon roe
  • Eshallots, diced tomato and coriander salsa
  • Quinoa and cucumber
• “Pasion en el Pacific” – Passion in the Pacific
  • Seafood ceviche, w/ prawns, pink snapper & scallops w/ caramelized sweet potato pearls, Aji amarillo – Peruvian chilli w/ fresh & citrus flavours
• “Amor Serrano” - Andean love affair
  • Aji Amarillo glazed duck w/ royal golden Quinoa cooked in a malt beer & coriander base sauce & pea puree
• “Calor Tropical” - Tropical heat
  • Pan-fried trout fillet w/ cassava croquettes & palm hearts, kiss peppers, cashew nuts & confit cherry tomatoes
• “Beso de chocolate“- Chocolate kiss
  • Raspberry mousse covered w/ Ecuadorian dark chocolate & marinated sweet cherries
